About the Journal

Monas: Jurnal Inovasi Aparatur is a scientific publication issued by the Human Resources Development Agency of DKI Jakarta Province. The journal has an E-ISSN of 2656-0194 and primarily focuses on studies related to innovation in public administration, civil service capacity development, and local government policy. The articles published often discuss strategic issues such as technology-based learning models, policy transformation in population mobility control, investment effectiveness in public facilities, and the role of government trainers (widyaiswara) in supporting educational development in disadvantaged regions. With this scope, the journal serves as an academic platform for exchanging ideas and research findings aimed at enhancing governance quality and strengthening the competence of state civil apparatus. Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of MONAS should follow the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will BE REJECTED by the editors before further review. The editors will only accept manuscripts that meet the assigned format.
