About the Journal
Monas: Jurnal Inovasi Aparatur is a scientific journal published by the Human Resources Development Agency of the Province of DKI Jakarta. The journal holds E-ISSN 2656-0194 and focuses on studies related to innovation in public administration, the development of civil servant capacity, local government policies, global city development, as well as environmental issues and sustainable development. The articles published commonly address strategic topics such as technology-based learning models, policy transformation in population mobility management, the effectiveness of investment in public facilities, global city governance and competitiveness, environmental management and sustainable development, and the role of government trainers (widyaiswara) in the competency development of civil servants. Through this scope, the journal serves as an academic platform for the exchange of ideas and research findings aimed at improving the quality of governance, supporting sustainable development, strengthening the competencies of civil servants, and contributing to the advancement of global city development.
Authors who wish to submit manuscripts to MONAS are required to follow the prescribed author guidelines. Manuscripts that do not comply with the guidelines or are prepared in a different format will be REJECTED by the editors prior to the review process. The editors will only consider manuscripts that conform to the journal’s formatting and submission requirements.
